For the eye, it could be like a sort of electronic chip with a number (or a logo) on it implanted in his eye that could contain whatever information you'd like.

The whole symbol thing on the body sounds interesting to me. Exactly where on his body I couldn't care though. Possibly when his powers emerge..

Well we said that the logo of the organisation would be on his back, like a tattoo(permanent) and we are debating to see if we put his I.D. number in his eye or something.

Ok let's clarify the eye thingy:
Im voting for his id number in the eye, but without any ''eye powers''
now your turn guys, you need to say if you you want the number in his eye and if you want the eye to ''activate'' when he uses his powers.

I agree for the id number in the eye too but maybe the "activate" thing when he uses his power is too much similar as other anime... I'd just say it's permanent, like we can always see it so the guy could be wearing glasses or something... we could find an interesting gadget to hide this number Razz
